House rules
Pets are not allowed. Pool rules must be followed. Online registration is mandatory before receiving key-collection instructions and entering the apartment. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of the municipal tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. Standard occupancy is two guests, with a maximum of three; the sofa bed accommodates one guest. Cooling and heating must comply with Italian temperature and operating-hour regulations. Non-refundable reservations receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard reservations allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
There is one step at the entrance to this ground-floor apartment. A car is recommended for reaching the property and exploring the area. Central Marzamemi and Spinazza Beach are 3 km away; Portopalo Beach and San Lorenzo Beach are 6 km away. Catania Airport is 100 km away, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes by car.
