Cooling and heating are subject to Italian regulations: summer average indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C; winter weighted average temperatures must not exceed 19°C. For climate zone B, heating is limited to seven hours daily from 8 December to 23 March.

- One assigned private uncovered parking space on site, included.
- Kitchen
- Kitchenette with induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils.

- Washing machine in the kitchen; drying rack, iron and ironing board also available.

Pool
Shared poolOpen from June to 15 October, weather permitting, except during cleaning and maintenance. Opening hours are 07:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00. Guests must follow the pool's internal rules.
