Separate waste correctly and do not smoke; each violation carries a stated fine of €50–€250. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Document-registration instructions are sent through the Guest Portal seven days before arrival for identity verification and mandatory Alloggiati Web reporting. Communicate your arrival time in advance. Check-in may be in person or self-service, as determined by the operations team and communicated before arrival. In-person check-in after 21:00 carries an additional fee. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, modification or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor, with an elevator accessed via steps. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. The entrance and communal areas have video surveillance. Parma's historic centre is a 5–7-minute walk away. The Strada Bixio Strada Costituente bus stop is a one-minute walk away. Parking is not included; paid parking is available nearby.
