The house

The apartment is on the second floor of a four-storey building with an elevator and steps at the entrance. The living room has a double sofa bed and a dining peninsula with chairs. The kitchenette includes an induction hob, small refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, wine glasses and cooking utensils.

The bedroom has a double bed, armchair, mirror, wardrobe and 40-inch Smart TV. Its ensuite bathroom contains a shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet and toilet. Amenities include unlimited Wi-Fi, independent gas-boiler heating, ducted air conditioning, hot water, bed linen, a hairdryer, cable television and a carbon monoxide detector. Cots and children's beds are available on request. The entrance and communal areas have video surveillance.

The historic centre and main city attractions are a 5–7-minute walk away, and the hospital is a few minutes away on foot. Bar Teatro and Carrefour Express are a one-minute walk away; Ristorante Don Antonio is a four-minute walk away. Bus 11 connects Parma Central Station to the Strada Bixio Strada Costituente stop, while bus 6 connects Parma Airport to the same stop, a one-minute walk from the apartment. Parking is not included; paid parking is available nearby.
