The decorative fireplace must not be used. Guest registration is mandatory before access instructions can be provided. Instructions for document registration through the Guest Portal and payment of tourist tax are sent seven days before arrival. In-person arrivals must be arranged in advance; late check-in requires host approval. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
The lower floor is windowless and reached by steep stairs; take particular care when travelling with children. The double bedroom's bathroom is open to the bedroom without dividing walls. A car is recommended, not required. Turin Caselle Airport is 147 km away and Aosta railway station is 30 km away.
