The house

The ground floor has a living room with a dining table, sofa and TV, plus a kitchenette with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and cooking utensils.

Both bedrooms are on the windowless lower floor, reached by stairs. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, TV and a private bathroom with shower enclosure, basin and toilet. This bathroom is open to the bedroom, without dividing walls. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a small desk. The second bathroom has a shower enclosure, basin, toilet and washer-dryer. There is no bidet.

A garden shared with other residents has an outdoor table and chairs. Facilities include unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, bed linen, towels, an iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and ski storage beside the entrance. The living-room fireplace is decorative and must not be used.

Cottin lies at approximately 1,000 metres above sea level, among vineyards and orchards. The surrounding area offers hiking, mountain biking, ski touring and snowshoeing routes. A car is recommended for reaching the apartment and exploring the area. Free parking is available nearby, but there is no reserved guest parking.
