Guest registration is mandatory before access instructions can be issued. Instructions for registering documents and paying the tourist tax through the Guest Portal are sent seven days before arrival. Tourist tax is EUR 2 per person per night. Check-in is self-service, with remote assistance for automated-access problems available until 23:00. Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:30; check-out is by 10:00. Air-conditioning and heating use must comply with Italian regulations: the summer average indoor temperature must not be below 26°C, and the winter weighted average must not exceed 19°C. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund for cancellation, changes or no-show. Standard bookings allow free cancellation until seven days before check-in; after that, cancellation, changes or no-show receive no refund.
Getting there
Stairs are required at the entrance and to reach the bedroom; there is no elevator. The bedroom has no door and is not acoustically isolated. The apartment is in a restricted-traffic zone (ZTL), where cars cannot circulate or park; taxis can reach the accommodation. Matera Centrale station is a ten-minute walk away, and Bari Airport is 53 minutes away by car.
