House rules
The apartment is for guests’ exclusive use during their stay. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes incur an additional charge. Air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulation DPR 16/04/2013 no. 74: the average indoor air temperature must not be below 26°C in summer, and the weighted average must not exceed 20°C in winter. Under the non-refundable booking option, cancellations, modifications and no-shows receive no refund. Under the standard option, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellations, modifications and no-shows receive no refund.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor of a building without an elevator. La Spezia Centrale station and a bus stop are nearby.
