The entire apartment is for guests’ exclusive use. It occupies the first floor of a historic building without an elevator and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living/dining area with a double sofa bed and TV, and a private patio furnished with a table, chairs and parasol. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.
The kitchenette includes a gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-pod machine, moka pot, electric kettle and cooking utensils. Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, a washing machine, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, hot water and cots are available. Two air-conditioning split units serve the living area and the double bedroom. Towels and bed linen are included; optional changes cost extra.
The apartment is close to La Spezia Centrale station and a bus stop, providing a base for exploring La Spezia and the Cinque Terre.
