Seven days before arrival, guests receive instructions to register identification documents through the Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. Document registration supports the required Italian police guest-registration procedure. Air-conditioning and heating operation is subject to Italian regulations: average summer indoor temperatures must not be below 26°C, and the weighted average winter temperature must not exceed 19°C. Palermo is in climate zone B, with heating limited to seven hours daily from 8 December to 23 March. Airport return transfers are available on request and can be arranged up to one day before arrival. Under the non-refundable booking option, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund. Under the standard option, cancellation is free until seven days before check-in; after that deadline, cancellation, modification or no-show receives no refund.

Getting there

The first-floor apartment is reached by stairs, with no lift. There are two steps in the kitchen and a raised shower enclosure. Teatro Massimo is 140 metres away, a two-minute walk. Palermo Airport is about 30 km away, approximately 40 minutes by car or taxi; the train journey takes about one hour to Palermo Lolli, 1 km from the apartment. From Palermo Central Station, bus 101 takes approximately 18 minutes to Roma Stabile, 550 metres away. Ballarò Market is 17 minutes away by public transport or 20 minutes on foot. There is no apartment parking; paid parking at Piazzale Ungheria is not guaranteed.
