The house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a historic building without a lift. It has a living room with a sofa and dining table, a separate kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom, a balcony and a large terrace with a small table and dining table.

The kitchen includes a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, kettle, capsule coffee machine, wine glasses and cooking utensils. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and flat-screen smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and clothes rack. The bathroom has a raised shower enclosure, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

Unlimited Wi-Fi and air-conditioning/heat-pump units in the bedrooms are available. Other facilities include a cot, high chair, bottle warmer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels, hot water, a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Nearby services include public transport, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Teatro Massimo is a two-minute walk away; Fontana Pretoria is 13 minutes away on foot, the Church of the Martorana 14 minutes, Palermo Cathedral 15 minutes and Ballarò Market 20 minutes. A return Palermo Airport transfer can be requested and arranged up to one day before arrival.
