The house has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open-plan living area with a gas log fireplace, a second lounge/rumpus area, and a large front deck running the length of the house. Guests have exclusive access to the entire house. Bed linen, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, with coffee beans and tea supplied. There is a gas BBQ, outdoor seating, TV, heating and ceiling fans.
Children's books and toys are available, and the home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. A Tesla / Type-2 EV charger is available for guest use with complimentary power. A smoke detector is provided.
