House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Contact the local agency one week before arrival with your arrival time to arrange key collection. In low season, check-in and check-out times may be flexible by arrangement. Tourist tax is included in the total price. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken as a credit-card pre-authorisation. A 10% Hoomy concierge service fee applies to the booking. Optional services: cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking; kitchen linen €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; linen for one double bed €18 per booking; linen for one single bed €14 per booking; final cleaning €240 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Household linen is optional and supplied on arrival for the stay without replacement. Do not use domestic electrical sockets to charge an electric vehicle; use a dedicated charging point.

Sarlat town centre is 2 km away. Carrefour Market and Lou Podel are each 2.5 km away; Chez le Gaulois is 2.5 km away and LIDL is 3 km away. Sarlat railway station is 5 km away. The property is on the heights of Sarlat.
