The house

The house has a living and dining area, a decorative fireplace, and an independent equipped kitchen with a gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, blender, air fryer, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. It has five bedrooms: two on the ground floor with direct terrace access and three upstairs. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and hairdryer, and one with a shower and bathtub; there are also two separate toilets.

A washing machine, dryer, travel cot, high chair, ironing board and iron are provided. A billiard table is upstairs. The enclosed garden is on a 1,500 m² plot; the house has a 40 m² furnished terrace and barbecue. The private pool measures 5 x 11 m and is 1.8 m deep. It is open 15 April–26 September and is heated to 25°C from early May, depending on outdoor temperature. Wi-Fi is available. Concierge service is available throughout the stay. Household linen is optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the stay, without replacement.

There is no purpose-designed electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets and use a dedicated charging point.
