This four-bedroom retreat can be found on a quiet residential street in Wandsworth, less than a mile from the scenic surroundings of Wandsworth Common and its namesake station that offers seamless transport links into Central London. At the heart of this charming home is the main sitting room, where a pair of folding doors allow the option of creating a soothing sanctuary, or a sociable, open-plan layout when it’s time to entertain.
Concealed behind the doors is the modern kitchen, set across from an eight-seater French-style dining table; its delicate, antique features adding a touch of traditional elegance to an otherwise contemporary space fitted with plenty of mod-cons. Just a few steps below is the second sitting room, a bright and welcoming space overlooking the home’s leafy garden. On warm summer days, you can slide back the doors and let the fresh air roll in, or make the most of the glorious weather with an alfresco lunch out on the patio itself.
The lower level offers even more room for your family to unwind with a third sitting room. Furnished with a desk facing the sunny bay window, it also makes a great office area for those working from home while away.
