All guest rooms are non-smoking; smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, with designated areas outside the complex. Pets are not permitted in guest rooms; contact reception before booking to ask about exceptional cases. Direct reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in; special conditions apply to groups, events, and long stays. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Breakfast is optional and costs US$10 per person; it is not included in the room rate. Corporate long-stay plans may have separate conditions.
Getting there
The hotel is at Av. Alirio Ugarte Pelayo, inside Ciudad Comercial Petroriente in Maturín. The José Tadeo Monagas Airport is about 20 minutes away by vehicle; central Maturín is about 5 minutes away. PDVSA installations are a few minutes from the complex. Restaurants, banks, movie theaters, pharmacy, supermarket, and event spaces are within the complex.
