What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
No. Breakfast is optional and costs US$10 per person. It is served at Prego Coffee Bar in the complex.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted in guest rooms. Contact reception before booking to ask about exceptional cases.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas, with no device limit per room.
What is the cancellation policy?
Direct reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. Special conditions apply to group bookings, events, and long stays.
