Before you book
House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning fee, plus responsibility for smoking-related damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking. The pool and spa operate on a predetermined timeslot starting at 2pm. Optional spa heating costs $25/night and must be arranged in advance.
Getting there
The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, minutes from beaches, restaurants, shopping, hospitals and local attractions. North Padre Island and Whitecap Beach are nearby coastal destinations. Driveway parking accommodates 3–4 cars; street parking is also available. No garage access.
