The house

The living room, dining area and kitchen connect in an open flow with seating for group meals and downtime. The kitchen has granite counters, dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and bar seating. Smart TVs are provided throughout the home, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, and bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. Bedroom 4 sleeps four and has a double bed and two twin single beds; its sleeping arrangements include a twin-over-full bunk. Each bedroom has a TV. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with linens available for additional sleeping arrangements. There are three full bathrooms.

The fully fenced backyard contains a private pool, spa, covered patio and outdoor seating. A gas BBQ grill, outdoor sink, pool accessories and beach gear are available. The pool and spa operate on a predetermined timeslot starting at 2pm. Optional spa heating costs $25/night and must be arranged in advance.

Beaches, restaurants, shopping, hospitals and local attractions are minutes away. North Padre Island and Whitecap Beach are nearby coastal destinations. Driveway parking accommodates 3–4 cars, with street parking also available; there is no garage access.
