The house

The home has approximately 4,000 square feet plus a finished lower level of approximately 1,000 square feet. Public living spaces connect to covered and open outdoor areas. Two walls of folding glass doors and retractable screens turn the dining area into a screened dining porch. A custom pergola shelters an outdoor entertainment area with a fire table and pizza oven. A Crestron system runs throughout the home.

Four bedrooms are upstairs, including a primary bedroom with a west-facing balcony. A guest primary suite is on the main floor; the sixth bedroom is on the lower level. Three bedrooms have king beds and three have queen beds. All six bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; bedrooms 1 and 6 have televisions. The lower level also contains a movie theater, gym and wine cellar.

Outdoor facilities include a private 40-foot gunite saltwater pool, an automatic under-coping cover, a fenced backyard, patio furniture, three lounge chairs, a gas grill, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a swing set. Three beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. Indoor facilities include a kitchen, wine fridge, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer, fireplaces, a steam room, game room, ping-pong table, Sonos speakers and fitness equipment including a treadmill, weights and a yoga mat. Bed linen, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Advance-notice daytime showings to prospective renters or buyers may occur.
