- Bathroom information conflicts: the narrative describes four full bathrooms plus a half bath, while the page summary and native inventory say four bathrooms and list four toilet/shower rooms. Confirm the exact layout. Additional sleeping equipment also conflicts: a queen Aero bed is described, while the native room list has one living-room sleeper sofa. Confirm whether these are alternatives or separate items; maximum occupancy stays eight. Indian Wells Tennis Garden is nine miles away, Coachella festival grounds 4.6 miles and El Paseo shopping/dining 13 miles, described as within a 25-minute drive. The source advertises access to three golf courses, including the Jack Nicklaus Private Course, from a clubhouse four miles away; confirm access arrangements and fees.
