This 3,450-square-foot house in PGA West Legends has fairway and mountain views and a separate private casita. Two living areas each have a couch, loveseat and patio access; one includes a wet bar with three seats, the other a television described as “50 TV.” The dining table seats eight and the breakfast table four. The primary king suite has an armchair, a 42-inch TV and a sitting area with loveseat and armchair; its bathroom is described with a fireplace, double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower and separate toilet. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third a queen; each has a 32-inch TV and an attached bathroom described with a walk-in shower, and the third has a walk-in closet. The entrance-side casita has a king bed, 32-inch TV, its own AC, walk-in closet and attached bathroom described with a combined tub/shower. A half bath is described off the main hallway. Four pool loungers and two poolside chairs, a gas grill, firepit with two chairs, outdoor tables for six and four, and two lawn loungers are provided.
