House rules

The primary renter must be at least 26 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Additional persons require express approval; an additional guest fee of $100 per person per night may apply. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Events are prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during the same stay require prior written approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; seasonal cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and schedule reasonable daytime hours. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation is requested, Marquis will try to arrange reopening of the dates with the owner's agreement. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original reservation total is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, the original stay may still be used provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire.

Getting there

The home is near Southampton Village and ocean beaches, on a quiet street overlooking a golf course. The home is not handicap accessible. The first and second bedrooms are on the second floor.
