The house

This renovated, approximately 2,400-square-foot home has a cream-and-white interior, wide-plank white oak floors and large windows bringing natural light into the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has two couches, a glass coffee table, Smart TV and fireplace. A separate dining table seats six and overlooks the deck and backyard. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a microwave, storage and a wooden table that can also serve as a work space.

Three bedrooms provide two queen beds and two twin beds. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and TVs; the first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The first and second bedrooms are upstairs. Marble bathrooms include upstairs tubs, and there is a downstairs half bathroom.

A wrap-around deck overlooks the garden and pool area, with golf-course and sunset views. Outdoor facilities include dining furniture, an umbrella, a gas grill, seven lounge chairs, beach toys and a fenced yard. The private outdoor pool is heated. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a stereo speaker system. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking.
