The condo has a private ocean-view balcony, central air conditioning, comfortable furnishings, cable TV and a DVD player. Its equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and a one-person breakfast bar. An on-site washer/dryer is available. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 has two queen beds; the common space has a sofa bed.
Shared Golden Sands facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, an outdoor kiddie pool, a rooftop pool, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, game and exercise rooms, ping-pong, a pool table and a sauna. The building has an elevator. During summer, a beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store and gift shops operate within the complex. Complimentary building Wi-Fi is available as a courtesy but is not guaranteed.
Dining and shopping are within walking distance, and bus travel is available. Ocean City Boardwalk is five miles south; Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark are four miles south. Children in diapers may use the outdoor kiddie pool, but not the indoor pool or large outdoor pool.
