Before you book
House rules
The renter must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. No early check-ins. Complete registration online or at the Golden Sands lobby front desk. Display parking tags at all times and use assigned parking except during open-parking periods. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during check-in or checkout; violations may result in booting or towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Comply with Ocean City's noise ordinances; excessive noise may be grounds for eviction. Children in diapers may not use the indoor pool or large outdoor pool and may use the outdoor kiddie pool instead.
Getting there
The condo is beachfront. Dining and shopping are within walking distance, and bus travel is available. Ocean City Boardwalk is five miles south; Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark are four miles south.
