A well-equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave and dishwasher. Central air-conditioning, heating and an on-site washer/dryer are available.
The Golden Sands complex offers beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, a rooftop pool, an outdoor kiddie pool, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, a gym, sauna and game facilities including ping-pong and a pool table. The building has an elevator. A beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store and gift shops operate during the summer season.
