House rules
Renters must be at least 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. No early check-ins. Guests who have not completed online registration must register at the lobby front desk. Parking permits must be displayed at all times, and assigned spaces must be used except during open parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during check-in or check-out; parking violations may result in booting or towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Ocean City noise ordinances apply; excessive noise can be grounds for eviction under Maryland law.
Getting there
Oceanfront location with beach access and a private balcony overlooking the water. Children in diapers may use only the outdoor kiddie pool, not the indoor pool or large outdoor pool.
