House rules
No smoking. Two pets are allowed, with up to two additional pets for $140 each plus tax per week. Dogs have no weight limit; cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Friday check-in and checkout. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 24 and October 8–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 22 and October 8–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The home is oceanside in gated Four Seasons. Lala Court Beach Access is the named beach access. Duck Village is within walking and biking distance. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
