The living area is comfortably furnished and includes a gas fireplace for use during cooler times of the year. The living area also includes a desk, ideal for catching up on emails or working remotely.

When you need some fresh air, step outside onto the sun deck. The kitchen is equipped with all that you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. Dining options include the table nearby and barstool seating at the kitchen counter. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the top level. There is one ensuite on the top floor, which includes a private bathroom with a hand-tiled, two-person shower. Two additional ensuites are located on the middle floor, each with a private bathroom.

There are also two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the second level. The final bedroom and full bathroom are located on the ground floor. The den on the ground floor is another great place to relax and watch TV. Just outside of the den, you’ll find the hot tub, ready and waiting for you to have a soak. The pool courtyard offers privacy with its lush surroundings and provides a great spot for playing and lounging. The fenced backyard is perfect for pets.

The home is located in the gated Four Seasons neighborhood, offering an impressive catalog of community amenities. Duck Village is also within walking and biking distance. Time here will be remembered as your vacation "Glory Days!"
