House rules
Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional visitors require prior approval. Drones are prohibited in and around the complex. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report breakages. Breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory identity verification after booking must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability from the preceding night and an additional charge; reserving the preceding or following night is suggested to guarantee the respective extension. At departure, leave beds unmade, wash and put away dishes, return furniture to its original position, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
Getting there
Corrigans Beach is 2 km away, a three-minute drive. Batemans Bay Marina is a 550 m, seven-minute walk away; the village centre is a 1 km, twelve-minute walk away. Buses from the village centre run north to Maloneys Beach and south to Broulee. Pre-booking taxis and ride-sharing is recommended because availability is limited. The apartment is approximately a two-hour drive from Canberra’s CBD or a three-hour-forty-minute drive from Sydney’s CBD.
