The house

The apartment has an open-plan living and dining area, a separate lounge and a shaded balcony with outdoor seating, dining furniture and a BBQ. Each bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite; Bedroom 1 also opens onto the balcony. Air conditioning and heating are available in the bedrooms and living area.

The kitchen includes an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes and silverware. The dining table seats four. The first lounge's TV plays DVDs only, while the main living area's TV is internet-connected, with free-to-air and streaming options. A laundry room has a washer and dryer. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup, towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and a small welcome amenity pack are provided.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and shared access to the rooftop outdoor pool, which may close at any time for maintenance. Free underground parking and lift access are available, and there are no stairs inside or outside the property.

Batemans Bay Marina is a 550 m, seven-minute walk away, and Batemans Bay Village Centre is a 1 km, twelve-minute walk away. Corrigans Beach is 2 km away, a three-minute drive. Roy’s Fish and Chips and a Sri Lankan restaurant are at the doorstep. Long-term stays are also allowed, and the apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12.
