Apartment located in a historic building. The accommodation is located in a pedestrian street, just a few meters from Via Roma, the Church of San Cataldo, and the Church of Martorana.
The accommodation, located on the first floor without a lift, opens onto a large and bright living area with a sofa and TV. The furnishings are carefully chosen, and the house features vintage furniture and paintings that embellish and add color to the rooms. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Continuing through the house, there is a dining room with a sofa and a table for lunch or dinner, from which you can access the small balcony. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a French bed.
The layout of the house is completed by two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
*Please be advised that the apartment is located in a central and lively area; the presence of clubs may cause noise during the evening and night hours.
*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information regarding your reservation within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Palermo, among the most beautiful art cities in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. In this regard, tourists can take part in the “Baroque itinerary of Palermo” to visit the main monuments of the city, such as: the Church of the Holy Savior, Church Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the “Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets,” which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or snack it may be, at the Palermo market, dishes are to be “strictly” tasted with the sole help of the hands!
This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire notable buildings, streets and squares.
