The house

The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. A bright living area has a sofa and TV, with vintage furniture and paintings throughout the home. A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. The dining room has a sofa and dining table and opens onto a small balcony; a terrace is also included among the home features.

The three bedrooms contain two queen-size beds and one French double bed. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There are two bathrooms in total, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The apartment is a few meters from Via Roma, the Church of San Cataldo and the Church of Martorana. Palermo offers a Baroque itinerary including the Holy Savior, Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and Conception churches, and a historic-market tour covering Ballarò and Capo. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 40-minute drive away, and Palermo Centrale train station is a 5-minute drive away.

The central area is lively, with possible evening and nighttime noise from clubs and gathering places, as well as construction noise associated with urban redevelopment. The apartment is within a limited traffic zone. A tourist tax may be payable before or at arrival, according to local regulations.
