House rules
No stag, hen or party groups, parties, events or celebrations. Loud music and noise are prohibited. Breaching the party-group rule may result in departure without a refund. Groups of guests under 25 cannot be hosted. Smoking is prohibited inside; signs of smoking in the flat incur a £250 charge. Use the designated smoking area behind the building; smoking in front incurs a £100 charge. Early key collection must be arranged before arrival, is subject to availability and costs £20 per hour. Late key return after 10:00 is also charged at £20 per hour. Return the parking permit inside the flat at check-out; a missing permit can result in a £100 deposit charge. Only dogs are permitted, limited to one per apartment with advance notice. Request a cot or high chair at booking with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Getting there
The apartments have ground-floor access, but one has underground bedrooms. They are separate and reached via a communal hallway. The townhouse is on a main road; original single-glazed sash windows allow background traffic noise. Catharine Street bus stops are a three-minute walk away; Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central stations are a 17-minute walk away.
