The house

The apartments are separate and connected via a communal hallway. Both have ground-floor access, with bedrooms in one apartment on the underground level. The three-bedroom apartment has a king-size bed and a desk in each bedroom; two bedrooms have Smart TVs. Its lounge has a Smart TV and a large sofa bed. The one-bedroom apartment has a king-size bed with neighbourhood views and a sofa that converts to a double bed in the open-plan living, kitchen and dining area.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother and oven, plus a dining table and chairs. Each has a family bathroom with a standard-sized bath, separate shower, WC and basin. Contemporary furnishings complement the townhouse’s original single-glazed sash windows.

The property is on a main road near Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, Metropolitan Cathedral and Philharmonic Hall, with a short stroll into central Liverpool. Traffic noise can be heard through the single-glazed windows. Catharine Street bus stops are a three-minute walk away, with services to the city centre and Liverpool John Lennon Airport. Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central stations are a 17-minute walk away.

Self-check-in is available, with arrival details shared shortly before arrival. One dog is welcome in each apartment with advance notice; other pets are not permitted. A baby cot and high chair are available on request at booking, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
