The house

The approximately 1,800-square-foot home sits on nearly an acre of landscaped grounds. Interiors feature cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, a renovated kitchen and a living room with a flat-screen television and wood-burning fireplace with custom mantel and tile work.

The main-floor bedroom has a double/full bed. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed and a twin bed, and the master bedroom has a king bed. An enclosed main-floor additional sleeping space has a sofa bed. Each of these sleeping spaces has air conditioning. Two full bathrooms, one on each floor, each have a shower and tub.

Outside are a large lawn, uncovered decking, patio furniture with a table, chairs and umbrella, four lounge chairs, three beach chairs, a gas grill and a wood-burning fire pit. A private outdoor shower has hot and cold water and a changing room.

Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and driveway parking for two cars. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, ice maker, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels, beach/pool towels and a hair dryer are supplied. There is a private entrance, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
