The home has two bathrooms and a light-filled open-plan living area. The kitchen includes a convection microwave, electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and kettle. Outdoor facilities include a BBQ, open-air and covered seating, a garden, a Springfree trampoline and a cubby house with a slide. Electric heating serves all bedrooms, bathrooms and the living area.
TVs are provided in the living room and main bedroom, along with a DVD player, books, board games and children's books and toys. Linen, laundry facilities, a dryer, an iron, hot water, a bathtub, a shower and a smoke detector are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. A separately accessed holiday home occupies the upper level, which may be occupied by the owners.
