House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use and only the guests recorded on the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count, and changes must be reported to the manager. Unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised, pets are strictly prohibited. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home and follow the house rules.
Getting there
Shops and the beach are within walking distance. Teddy’s Lookout and the ocean/trainway track native walks are easily accessible. The home has separate access from the upper-level holiday home; owners may occupy the upper level.
