The villa has a large porch, a garden with sun loungers and a barbecue. The ground-floor living room has air conditioning and a Smart TV. The dining room overlooks the garden and connects to a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven and microwave. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.
The ground floor has an air-conditioned double bedroom and an air-conditioned twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A separate bathroom has a bathtub. External stairs lead to the first floor, which has another living room with a TV without satellite reception, a twin bedroom with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and a large bathroom with a shower. Oil central heating is available, and a cot and high chair can be provided.
The villa is in a mainly residential area near supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Nearby coves include Caló des Pou, Cala Petita and Cala Gran. There is no swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is available.
