House rules
No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor, with an elevator. Nearby métro line 12 connects to central Paris destinations. The kitchen is undergoing full renovation scheduled for completion by the end of June 2026. There is no television.
