The house

The villa has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe storage and coat hangers. Mattress protectors, doonas, pillows and hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup are provided. The light-filled living area has a two-seat sofa, television, coffee table, rug and timber-look vinyl flooring.

The kitchen includes an electric stovetop and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and cooking utensils. The dining table seats four. The bathroom has a separate bathtub, glass-screened shower and vanity storage. A separate private laundry has a front-loading washing machine and dryer.

A rear sliding door opens to a private garden with outdoor furniture, lawn and established greenery. Other facilities include heating, air conditioning, a laptop-friendly workspace and a private entrance. Towels, toiletries and a small welcome amenity pack are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12, and long-term stays are allowed.

Self-check-in is available with onsite key collection. Mandatory post-booking identity verification must be completed before check-in details are released. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
