House rules

Maximum occupancy is four guests. Occupancy must not exceed the adults and children included in the reservation. The booking guest must be at least 25; guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere in the condo or The Mercer complex. Pets are not allowed. Respect the property and neighbors. Do not tamper with the exterior security camera. Clean common-area grills after each use and tidy shared areas. Do not leave personal items on the balcony because high winds may occur. Park in the designated parking spot. The shared pool is open from 08:00 to 22:00; no glass, food or parties are permitted in the pool area. There is no lifeguard; swim at your own risk. Pets entering the pool incur a $500 fine.

Getting there

Shops, cafes and music venues in Freiheit Village are accessible on foot. Downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and the Guadalupe River are a few minutes away. Gated parking accommodates one car; additional parking is at the front and sides of the building.
