The house

Fushia Residenz is a 1,283-square-foot condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan living and dining area has high ceilings and natural light, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The living room has a smart HDTV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Both bedrooms have smart TVs, storage and central air. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity; the second bathroom has a shower-tub combination. A private washer and dryer, balcony, hairdryer and garden access are available.

Community facilities include a shared pool with loungers, a bar and grill area, covered lounge spaces and a ping-pong table. Gated parking is available for one car, with additional parking at the front and sides of the building.

The condo is in central Freiheit Village, within walking access of shops, cafes and music venues. Downtown New Braunfels, historic Gruene and the Guadalupe River are a few minutes away. The property is close to IH-35 and Gruene Hall, with connections to Austin and San Antonio.
