Outdoor spaces include a wraparound porch with seating, outdoor dining, a backyard, a balcony and a grill. A private in-ground heated pool is available seasonally. Bed linens, bath towels, air conditioning, heating, hot water, a usable fireplace, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi are provided.
Sag Harbor's restaurants and shopping are a short walk away, and Long Beach Bay Beach is nearby. The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, maintenance requests and guest communication after booking confirmation.
