The accommodation occupies the bottom level of a split-level villa, completely separate from the upper level, with private access for the stay. Contemporary decor and full glass windows and doors bring natural light into the open-plan kitchen, dining area and living room. Two sets of French doors open onto a deck and garden.
The master bedroom has a super king bed that can be split into two single beds by prior arrangement. The other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and clothing storage. Split-system air conditioning and heating serve every bedroom and the living room. There is one full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, plus a washer and dryer. Parking accommodates two cars.
Freeman's Bay lies between Ponsonby and Auckland's central business district, close to Victoria Park and a motorway entrance. Ponsonby is a 10-minute walk away; downtown Auckland and Britomart are a 15-minute walk away. Driving and Uber are additional transport options.
