The house

The approximately 5,000-square-foot home has an open floor plan, high ceilings, two primary suites, an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast area and center island, a wet bar, and a den with a usable wood-burning fireplace. The living area has couches, and the kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.

One bedroom is on the main floor and four are upstairs. Four bedrooms have explicitly identified full ensuite bathrooms. There are five full bathrooms with showers and tubs, plus a main-floor half bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a balcony/deck. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, heating, a washer and dryer are provided. Other facilities include a game room, speaker system, private entrance, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector.

The manicured, fenced backyard has a brick-lined freshwater pool, a deck/patio with furniture and umbrellas, six lounge chairs, a gas grill, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and two adult bicycles. Southampton village is a five-minute walk away, and Little Plains ocean beach is a two-block walk.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking through the Elite program. The home is not suitable for multiple families or unrelated guests.
