House rules
Intended for families and guests over 20 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The beach is about a five-minute walk away; Playa de Muro is 0.5 km away. All bedrooms are on the first floor. The property is fenced and has neighbours nearby. There is no private beach access. Son Sant Joan Airport is 54.8 km away, Club de Golf Alcanada 13.2 km, Muro train station 12.6 km, the Can Picafort bus stop 12.6 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal 10.9 km and Hospital Juaneda Muro 6.5 km.
