The house

The fenced property has neighbours nearby, a small front porch with two garden chairs, and a rear terrace with a large parasol and barbecue. The living-dining room has satellite TV. The open kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.

All three bedrooms are on the first floor and have closets. Two bedrooms each have two single beds, and the third has a double bed. One twin bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. There is another shower bathroom upstairs and a bathroom with a bathtub on the ground floor. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request. Ducted air-conditioning provides cooling only; Wi-Fi is free. There is no pool or on-property parking.

The beach is about a five-minute walk away, and Playa de Muro is 0.5 km away. Can Picafort has restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets and a Friday street market. Capellans has beach bars, and a long seafront walk leads towards Puerto de Alcúdia.

The house is intended for families and guests over 20 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets, smoking, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Guest identification copies are required to confirm the reservation. Departure tidiness requirements and mandatory tourist tax apply.
