The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 20 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
